Question 1

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply to the next billing cycle, or immediately when you upgrade and pay the difference.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger invoices. Contact sales if you need a custom payment arrangement.

Question 3

Is there a setup fee on core plans?

Accepted Answer

Core plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) have no setup fee — you only pay the monthly or annual subscription. Optional plugins may include a one-time setup fee, shown on each plugin card.

Question 4

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Accepted Answer

Monthly billing is the listed monthly price. Annual billing is 10× the monthly price (pay for 10 months, get 12). Use the Monthly / Annual toggle on this page to compare.

Question 5

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. ConnectGain does not offer refunds on subscriptions, annual plans, or plugin setup fees. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All core plans include a 3-day free trial so you can explore the product before subscribing. Trial access does not include a refund after you convert to a paid plan.

Question 7

Are plugins required?

Accepted Answer

No. Plugins are optional. Besides setup-based add-ons, you can add monthly plugins such as Bot Builder ($200/month), AI Re-Engagement ($20/month), SLA Monitoring ($20/month), and Reply Assistant ($10/month). You can use a core plan alone and add plugins later.

Question 8

Do plan prices include WhatsApp or Meta fees?

Accepted Answer

Plan prices cover ConnectGain software seats and features. Official WhatsApp Cloud / Meta conversation fees from Meta are billed separately by Meta (or your BSP) and are not included in ConnectGain subscription pricing.

Question 9

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel whenever you want. There are no long-term lock-in contracts on standard plans. After cancellation you keep access until the paid period ends. Cancellations are not refundable.

Question 10

Which plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Starter covers a shared inbox and basic CRM. Plus adds broadcast, automation and sequences. Pro adds higher limits, AI suggested replies, more sequences and scheduling. Enterprise is for organizations that need unlimited scale, custom integrations and a dedicated account manager — talk to sales and we will size it with you.

Question 11

Why do I see prices in EGP?

Accepted Answer

Visitors in Egypt may see USD plan amounts converted to EGP for convenience. Your invoice currency depends on your account and payment method — contact sales if you need a specific currency.

Question 12

What support is included?

Accepted Answer

All plans include product support for setup and day-to-day use. Higher-touch onboarding or custom plugin delivery is arranged through sales when you purchase add-ons.

Question 13

What is the Bot Builder add-on?

Accepted Answer

Bot Builder is a $200/month add-on for the visual chatbot builder — design flows, automate FAQs and lead capture, and hand off to agents in the shared inbox.

Question 14

What is AI Re-Engagement?

Accepted Answer

AI Re-Engagement is a $20/month add-on that helps win back inactive or cold contacts with AI-assisted follow-ups tied to your CRM and messaging channels.

Question 15

What is SLA Monitoring?

Accepted Answer

SLA Monitoring is a $20/month add-on that tracks conversation response-time SLAs, alerts on overdue chats, and supports escalation so teams meet service targets. Cancellations and add-ons are non-refundable.

Question 16

What is the Reply Assistant add-on?

Accepted Answer

Reply Assistant is a $10/month add-on that drafts 2-3 ready-to-send reply suggestions for your agents, grounded in your knowledge base and product catalog and tuned to your industry and sales style.
