Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply to the next billing cycle, or immediately when you upgrade and pay the difference.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger invoices. Contact sales if you need a custom payment arrangement.

Is there a setup fee on core plans?

Core plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) have no setup fee — you only pay the monthly or annual subscription. Optional plugins may include a one-time setup fee, shown on each plugin card.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Do you offer refunds?

No. ConnectGain does not offer refunds on subscriptions, annual plans, or plugin setup fees. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. All core plans include a 3-day free trial so you can explore the product before subscribing. Trial access does not include a refund after you convert to a paid plan.

Are plugins required?

No. Plugins are optional. Besides setup-based add-ons, you can add monthly plugins such as Bot Builder ($200/month), AI Re-Engagement ($20/month), and SLA Monitoring ($20/month). You can use a core plan alone and add plugins later.

Do plan prices include WhatsApp or Meta fees?

Plan prices cover ConnectGain software seats and features. Official WhatsApp Cloud / Meta conversation fees from Meta are billed separately by Meta (or your BSP) and are not included in ConnectGain subscription pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you want. There are no long-term lock-in contracts on standard plans. After cancellation you keep access until the paid period ends. Cancellations are not refundable.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter covers a shared inbox and basic CRM. Plus adds broadcast, automation and sequences. Pro adds higher limits, AI suggested replies, more sequences and scheduling. Enterprise is for organizations that need custom features, white-label, a dedicated account manager or an SLA — talk to sales and we will size it with you.
